North Country Citizens and Veterans for Peace Put Potsdam Peace Vigil on "Standby"

North Country citizens and Veterans for Peace gather in front of the Potsdam Post Office to celebrate the final (?) Potsdam Peace Vigil after six war-long years. (see News for more information)

Participants in the peace rally warm themselves by a portable propane heater donated by Ed Bage, NC-VFP member.

The wind chill value was -15° !
